- The converted PDF is temporarily stored on our server
- PDFs are automatically deleted 15 minutes after conversion
- No permanent copies are retained
- Downloads are direct and anonymous
DocSend Authentication
If a DocSend document requires authentication:
- Email and passcode are used solely for accessing the document during conversion
- These credentials are never stored on our servers
- They are passed directly to DocSend for authentication only
- No record of your email or passcode is kept
Third-Party Services
We do not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services.
Data Security
All connections to our service are encrypted using HTTPS. Temporary files are stored securely and automatically deleted after 15 minutes.
